 Biography

 I brhanu shanbel was born in 1984 E.C in Amhara region, East Gojjam Zone, specifically goncha siso enessie Woreda (Gindewoyin).i have been completed mine primary education in balie eyesus primary school frome grade 1 up to grade 6 and in torameda primary school grade 7 and eight which are located at goncha Woreda kebelie 019 and 021 respectively from the year 1991-1998 E.C. I have also accomplished mine secondary education at abrihawoatsibiha secondary and higher education preparatory school which is located at enebsie sarmidir Woreda of east gojjam zone from the year 2000-2003 E.C. I have studied mine Firs degree in  management at Mizan tepi University since 2004-2006 E.C and also I have been studied mine 2nd Degree I Masters of Business Administration(MBA) at Wolkite university since 2008-2009 E.C, now a time being I am working in wolkite university at a lecturer position at Department of management.

My full name is Fanuel Bosha Bonga. I was born in 1990 G.C. in SNNPR, Wolayiata
zone, particularly in Fango Humbo kebele. When I was 7 I started primary education

started secondary school in Bedessa Senior and Secondary school. After completing

Instructor Biography
My name is WULETAW FENTIE AYALEW. I was born in Bichena, Amhara region of Ethiopia, in
1988 where I grew and attended primary and secondary schools with excellent results. After
completing high school, I joined Addis Ababa University, School of Commerce and received my
diploma in accounting. Then I served as a teacher and Head in Belay Zeleke Preparatory School,
Business and Economics Department from Feb, 2004-Sep, 2009 as well as Accounting tutor in
Alpha University College from June, 2004-July, 2009. After working for 4 years, I left my job in
favor of my enthusiasm to study further and consequently joined Addis Ababa University again.
At the end of graduation, Ministry of Education announced vacancies to recruit graduate
assistants to different universities in Ethiopia. It was this time, after getting different
instructors’ appreciation and becoming the only elected, I realized I have the potential to
develop and work at higher levels. Then I was appointed as graduate assistant in Wolkite
University, College of Business and Economics, Department of Management on August 8, 2012.
After one year serving, I was sent to Jimma University for MBA program and graduated on June,
2015. Since then, I have been working as lecturer in Wolkite University.
Areas of Interest in Research
Strategic and Business Leadership issues in business enterprises; human resource
management issues involving performance, motivation, compensation etc. starting
from lowest micro-enterprise to large business firms related to their productivity,
prospects, growth and challenges.
Marketing issues and competitive advantage of micro or large enterprises took my
attention.
 Entrepreneurship and small business, related issues also caught my interest to
research.
