The training is given in between 31st May up to June 1st, 2022. The training was organized by the Academic Affairs Directorate and Institutional Quality Assurance and Enhancement Directorate. The participants are academic directors, college deans, departments’ heads and coordinators. As it was indicated by the training organizers, the objective of the training is to improve the leaders’ educational leadership skills.
Leadership skills are vital traits that help higher education leaders to move their career forward. In today’s competitive work environment, technical skills are very important to improve today's leadership performance. Therefore, this type of training will motivate and initiate the trainees to develop critical thinking, to resolve conflicts, to promote collaboration, to foster communication, to be committed in diversity and to increase intellectual curiosity.
