The Wolkite University Strategic Plan for 2013–2017 EC serves as a guiding framework for the University's development over the next five years. It articulates the institution’s fundamental values, reaffirms its mission, presents an inspiring new vision, and introduces five key strategic pillars aimed at fostering excellence for future generations of students. This plan has been developed in alignment with the national five-year Growth and Transformation Plan, which prioritizes the advancement of higher education.
