Development Goals

The goal is to continuously enhance leadership, innovation, and operational skills to drive improvements in patient care, research, and organizational efficiency at Wolkite University Specialized Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate the activities of the clinical departments and units to deliver quality medical services and facilitate medical education.
2. Ensure the recruitment and retention of a qualified workforce to effectively support the hospital's operations.
3. Establish mechanisms to evaluate the quality of care and programs, continuously striving for improvement in service delivery.
4. Oversee compliance with all relevant governmental and institutional regulations regarding quality service and patient safety.
5. Collaborate with the Clinical Affairs Directorate (CAD) and Clinical Affairs Research Directorate (CARD) to support clinical services, teaching, and research at the hospital.
6. Chair the senior management team, facilitating the establishment of committees to streamline operations and decision-making processes.
